The Clearings is a holiday cottage situated in Ducklington, Oxfordshire. It is located off a country lane and enjoys views from all rooms across the huge gardens and fields beyond. Inside the owners have created a sleek and contemporary home with many period features still present. The property opens up to a living room with a wood burning fire, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, as well as an external annexe that acts as a second sitting room and games room complete with a pool table. On the ground floor you will find two king-size bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom accessed via the double bedroom. Outside has a vast garden with a children’s play area nearby. Parking is available at the property. The Clearings is an excellent property for friend and family vacations.
